Pow Painting & Decorating are a painting and decorating firm based in Penrith. Established in 2025, Pow Painting & Decorating provide a fresh perspective to the industry and promise clients the next 50+ years of dedicated craftsmanship.

After 5 years of working for and learning from various highly respected decorators across Cumbria, Luke Pow decided he had more to offer and started on this new venture to build a good life and (hopefully) a career for his son, Toby!

Luke has a keen eye for detail and and a high drive to deliver work to the highest quality and likes to retain his outstanding reputation, both in his work and his customer service.

At Pow Painting & Decorating, we treat every individual with respect and treat every property as if it were our own. We believe our work is only 50% of our job, the rest is great customer care, respect and protecting our reputation.
